Southeastern New England is home to some of the best chouriço and linguiça around and now ShopPortuguese.com is proud to offer this specialty item from Michael's Provisions.  Caçoila, named after the type of pot its cooked in, it's a Portuguese one-pot dish of marinated pork butt often cooked with spices such as paprika, garlic, allspice, coriander, cinnamon, bay leaves and wine and/or vinegar. Eat it on its own, or make the perfect sandwich with our Rustic Rolls!
